 A yogurt based Indian chicken curry recipe that is low fat and tasty. There are few carbohydrates in this delicious dish and it is high in protein. This recipe for chicken is calorie – conscious while retaining all the taste.
Ingredients:
1kg boneless (cut to your liking), 2.5cups  of yogurt, 5tbsp cumin powder, 5tbsp garlic paste, 2.5 tbsp red chili powder.
Almost 1/4 tbsp turmeric, 1/4 tbsp gram masala, 1/4tea spoon tomatoes with Coriander leaves as garnish 2 tbsp oil1 tbsp salt 2 slit the green chillies.

Make Low Fat Dahi Chicken:
Take the yogurt and blend in the cumin greasepaint, garlic paste, gram masala, turmeric and red chili greasepaint mix with hands. Put funk into this and add slit chillies. Keep away for 30mint. Add 2 tbsp oil in visage and cook onions.  Until it becomes translucent and soft. Add all chicken and marinate it and mix the tomatoes in the chicken and cook it. Cook the gravy until it reaches the consistency you prefer to make it drier, cook until the yogurt starts to curdle around the chicken.
Serve with coriander leaves. Depending on how much gravy you want, you can eat with rice or Indian bread (roti/ naan).

 Ingredients: 
1 Kg Chicken, chopped
Oil
2 tablespoon Pepper (crushed)
1 Green Chilli
2 Onions

1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder

 How do you dry lean pepper chicken?
With crushed pepper, turmeric powder and salt, marinate chicken. After half an hour, set aside Add 2 spoons of cooking oil, chopped onion and fry for few minutes in a wok. Marinated chicken should cook for about 15 minutes. Fresh coriander leaves can be garnished on top.

Chicken fried rice is a Chinese food. It is very common in the east and southeast. The dish is made of left-over rice. In addition to oil, soy sauce and veggies and meat spice up the rice for a delicious meal. Traditional Chinese fired rice would be made at a high heat. But we made ours in a cast iron skillet as they are more common in home kitchens. This dish is easy to make and is great for lunch and dinner. It can also be made with prawns and pineapple. 
 INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoon olive oil with extra-virginity 
3 chicken breasts
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon freshly crushed ginger
1 kg cooked white rice (preferably leftover)
115 g frozen peas
3 large eggs, beaten
3 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Method:
Melt the olive oil in a medium skillet. The chicken should be seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides, added to the pan and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside for 5 minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
 Put one tablespoon of sesame oil in same pan and heat it up. Cook the onion and carrots until soft, about 5 minutes.  Fry the garlic about a minute after adding it.
Place the rice on one side of the pan and the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil on the other side. Add an egg and stir until almost cooked, then put the egg into the rice. Return the chicken to the skillet with the soy sauce and green onions and mix it.
